6. SMS, WhatsApp & Text Message Communications

RSVPconcepts and VowConcepts may send text messages (SMS) or WhatsApp messages to phone numbers you provide. These messages are transactional only and directly related to events or weddings you are involved in. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Types of messages you may receive:

RSVP confirmations and reminders for events you are attending
Day-of logistics from event hosts (parking, schedule changes, venue directions)
Messages from wedding couples to their guests about wedding details

Phone number collection: Your phone number is collected only when you voluntarily provide it during RSVP submission or when an event host adds it to their guest list. Phone numbers are stored securely and are only accessible to the event host and RSVPconcepts for the purpose of delivering event-related messages.

Third-party messaging provider: SMS and WhatsApp messages are delivered via Twilio, Inc. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for message delivery. Twilio's privacy policy applies to their handling of your data.

Opting out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive no further text messages from us. You may also contact the event host directly or email support@rsvpconcepts.com to request removal of your phone number from an event.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on event activity. Typically 1-5 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve our services, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
